Location is fantastic—right near the waterfront and local attractions, making it easy to explore downtown Lisbon. The breakfast offered decent options, particularly enjoyed the variety of fruits and the fresh bread. The room was spacious, definitely a plus, but there were a few issues. The WiFi didn’t reach the bedroom well, which was inconvenient. Mosquitoes were a problem during the night, and even with the windows closed, I ended up killing a few. Maintenance could definitely improve. we did have some noise from neighbors, and I noticed a decline in the cleanliness of certain areas, like the caulkings in the bathroom. Staff were responsive, though. they offered to spray for mosquitoes. The overall vibe and charm were nice, just need a bit of attention to detail to elevate the stay.

Great location—just a hop away from central delights! The room was spacious and super clean, perfect for a cozy retreat after exploring.
Our AC was temperamental, turning off like it had a social life of its own! Sweaty nights might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Sweating through the night was not the luxury I had in mind!

The room was cozy with a great shower, and I loved having the tea-making facilities right there. There were even live music nights to help you unwind after a day of exploring. The only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit snug, but that didn't take away from the experience. 😊

Perfect location for families with young kids
We had an amazing stay, especially since we were traveling with a toddler. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to vibrant areas like Pink Street and the waterfront, making it stroller-friendly. We received a free room upgrade, and the hotel provided a baby cot, which was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Only downside was the occasional noise from the hallway.

The Double or Twin Room I stayed in was super spacious, especially for a solo traveler like me. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated having a fridge and kettle in the room. Showers had excellent water pressure and hot water every time! The area was really quiet at night, which made for great sleep. Only downside was I brought my own shampoo and conditioner since they weren't provided.
