Lovely little and recently refurbished place! Really excellent building and rooms so like in the pictures. Magnificent and nice location, a super close walk to Lisbon Baixa. Based just off the main points, and clubs. My favourite property in Lisbon.

Overall it is a romantic hotel and we loved the stay, the location was magnificent close to the city hall. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the wonderfully helpful staff.

Location is fantastic-right near the waterfront and local attractions. The breakfast offered decent options, particularly enjoyed the variety of fruits and the fresh bread. The room was spacious, definitely a plus, but there were a few issues. The WiFi didn't reach the bedroom well, inconvenient. Mosquitoes were a problem during the night, and even with the windows closed, I ended up killing a few. Maintenance could definitely improve. We did have some noise from neighbors, and I noticed a decline in the cleanliness of certain areas, like the caulkings in the bathroom. Staff were responsive, though. They offered to spray for mosquitoes. The overall vibe and charm were nice, just need a bit of attention to detail to elevate the stay.

Perfect location for families with young kids
The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to vibrant areas like Pink Street and the waterfront. We received a free room upgrade, and the hotel provided a baby cot, fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Only downside was the occasional noise from the hallway.
